Thank you Kevin, this is really clear, and very well presented. I will jump on templates as soon as I can extract myself from EE2 and get back up to speed.

I’d be interested to know what application you’re using as an editor, and how you sync edits with EE. I’m using Mountee and BBEdit, but I don’t know if Mountee is supported under EE5.

Hey David! That’s vscode for an editor, and we typically use source control (git) to contain and deploy changes. Mountee claims v4 support so should work just fine on v5 if you are happy with that workflow.
